3H Property Consultants was formed in 2008 with the specific intention of providing a professional and ethical service to its clients. Our policy is to deliberately restrict the number of instructions we accept in order to optimise our focus on each undertaking.

The Company has particular expertise in dealing with commercial property in North and North-West London, Middlesex & Hertfordshire. Senior colleagues Graham Harris LLB (Hons) Dip NDEA FNAEA FICBA, and Roy Hayim FNAEA have been practicing in these areas for a combined total of over 70 years, having held senior posts at Moss Kaye & Roy Frank, Moss Kaye Pembertons, and latterly Chesterton.
